Tony Tran began his professional career in 1998 as an airman in the communications field for the United States Air Force. Tony proudly served our country in uniform for six years before becoming a Network Engineer for multiple defense contracting companies.

After successful stints in the military and defense contracting, Tony decided to fulfill his dream of becoming an attorney. While attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, he served as a law clerk at the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's Office. After completing the bar exam, he was promoted to the position of Assistant District Attorney-in-Training. Shortly thereafter, Tony became an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish, where he quickly ascended to the rank of Senior Assistant District Attorney in charge of Section L and thereafter, Section A of Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.

On February 1, 2016, Tony joined the Cao Law Firm to work under Congressman Joseph Cao. He specializes in Criminal, Personal Injury, Immigration, and Business Law. Finally and most importantly, Tony is an avid Saints fan!
